With experienced teachers you can trust

Each of our instructors have gone through training programs designed by Georgina who has her Diploma in Clinical Pilates through Breathe Education. We provide guidance for all levels of fitness so you can decide what feels best for your body as our instructors provide progressions and regressions throughout class.

Our instructors all have unique teaching styles, we are sure you’ll find someone to love!
